Ability to pause countries' keyword update

Have the ability to go to my app, go to a country and pause the keyword update. Currently can only pause the entire app keyword update. Or also have the ability to rearrange how you would like the app and country keyword updates to update. Let say I can chose App 1-US first then last may be App 2 - Canada etc.
