Add Difficulty to Suggested Keywords Search

The current keyword suggestion table contains the following columns: Main Keyword, Suggestion, Popularity, Select It would be helpful to know the difficulty rating when searching for new keywords. So,the new keywrod search table would contain the following columns: Main Keyword, Suggestion, Popularity, Difficulty, Select
