Yes this issue is still there. When i add keyword it doesn't show instantly. When i add 2nd keyword then sometimes first keyword is added. This is very annoying. I get success message but keyword is not in the list and when try to add same keyword again, it says already exist.

Same issue for me ... I am adding a keyword, get the success message, but the keyword is not in the list. Restarting the app doesn't help. I am on version 2026.11.1 and there is no update to install.
