Add "Update Keywords" button per app

Currently, app is updating the whole keywords at launch. But, it can take much time to finish it up. Instead, there should be a button that updates the keywords for selected app or something like that. Desired behaviour is: I need to be able to update the keywords based on my decition not automatically.
