Allow Adding Multiple Apps from Spotlight

It would be great if users could add multiple apps in one session after searching via Spotlight (Cmd + U).Currently, when a single app is added, the Spotlight window closes, which forces users to reopen it and search again—this creates unnecessary friction.Additionally, it would be very helpful to display the add status for each app directly in the Spotlight results. For example, showing a green checkmark icon on the left side of apps that have already been added would make the experience much clearer and more intuitive.
