Bug - some items in sidebar won't reorder properly

This seems to only affect “apps” that are placeholder entries, not actual entries on the app store. I have 12 app entries, but some of the ones that are placeholder apps I’m doing future research on can’t be reordered successfully. They either stay put in their original position, or jump to a completely different location.
