CSV import bug / merge feature

I try to transfer all englisch keywords to the german store section - any country can take some en keywords, many countries could use spanish keywords, etc. -> feature request So I exported en.csv, and tried to import. Fails with error message "One or more keywords were already present" - not true, there were only german keywords -> bug - should be able to merge them -> feature request
