DeepL, why not OpenAI, Claude or Gemini

I'm not sure why you guys use DeepL for the translations. Frankly I'm not even sure what the translations are about. I don't see much in the way of help on the settings screen for it.  I could drop in a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini API key and that would probably give enough smarts to do any of the translation that you need. It would cost me almost nothing. Apart from the free plan for this DeepL, the paid ones seem ridiculous. I don't want to sign up for some translation plan that costs, quite frankly, more than your product. If you guys supported OpenAI, I could have the same feature for probably just a few pennies
