less clicks for notes

I want to be able to type right away, if I clicked "new note" icon - focus is not on textfield. And I would like to press Enter to finish and close it. Shift-Enter or Alt-Enter for newline (if necessary) A shortcut to add a note to the current row would also help (E or N maybe) .
