New App Store Web and Rankings x Country

Would it be possible to scrape the new website App Store version page of an app? That way I could see changes in the title, subtitle and ideally the keywords over time. I imagine that Astro could then show the titles etc. of the different app versions, so I can better track my history. In the rankings chart, you could also mark the moments when a new version was released. Another great addition would be to see chart rankings per country.
