Rank Trend Chart Direction is Confusing

Like you see in the image, despite my rank increased +13 trend showing down, and similar, rank decreased -5 but chart going up. It was ok at first this feature published but now it is confusing and hard to analyze at a glance. (I have selected last change)Thanks
