Show tag name & tag color (keyword column)

I like having the ability to tag keywords, however I find myself having to open the tags panel to see which tag corresponds to which colour. Having the tag name on the keyword column too would be a big help. Maybe even having a hover-over function that would expand the colour blob and reveal the tag name? I think it would also help with colour blind users too.
