Suspend/Start keyword updates individually

Updating keywords takes ages. It would be great if we could temporarily suspend updates for certain keywords. For example, there’s no point in tracking keywords with a popularity score of 5, but I don't want to delete them either for reference purposes. If I’ve searched for a keyword once, I might search for it again later, forgetting that I already tried it.

It would be a great Feature! I dont care if the settings is for each App or a global setting but it would be a huge time saver!

It would actually be filter x sorting. What the default view is. eg: Popularity > 5, sorted by position. So we can get a quick scan update of the most important keywords.
