Update keywords popularity and Difficulty

Right now it seems that when we add a new keyword the Popularity and Difficulty are added from that timestamp and never changed. However wheen I have added the same keyword in a different App, months later, I see this values have indeed changed. It would be great if they could be updated on the same App to get an idea of the downloads we should expect. (E.g. Some App’s traffic drop significantly in Summer. It would be great to reflect it in popularity.)
