Usability: Country selector difficult to use

There is a clash on the country selector button. Frequently what happens is I go to click on the button and if I’m slightly too slow, the tooltip appears, and I have to dismiss it then try clicking again. If I succeed in clicking the button, but then don’t move the pointer down fast enough, the tooltip appears, dismissing the country selector. I suggest separating out these functions - an “info” button next to the country selector button.
